Terms of service
The agreement between you and ALSOF PUBLISHING PTY. LIMITED for using Advendo. Plain language on purpose - if a clause here is unclear, ask us before you rely on it.
Last reviewed 5 August 2026
You own your content and the work you approve. Our AI agents draft; you review and approve before anything is used, so what you publish is your call and your responsibility. We read the accounts you connect and never spend, post or change anything in them. Either of us can end this at any time.
1. This agreement
These terms are between you (and the organisation you represent, together “you”) and ALSOF PUBLISHING PTY. LIMITED (ABN 22 139 919 734), a company registered in Australia (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Advendo, you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. Our privacy policy forms part of this agreement.
2. What Advendo is
Advendo is a marketing platform where AI agents produce draft work - copy, social posts, ad concepts, images - from briefs you give them. It also reads advertising and store data from accounts you connect, and reports on it.
Agents draft; you approve. Nothing an agent produces is published, sent or spent on your behalf. Work sits in the platform until a human on your side approves it. That is a deliberate design decision, and it is why section 6 puts responsibility for published material with you.
3. Your account and your team
You need to be at least 16 and give accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done in your workspace, including by people you invite. Tell us promptly if you think someone has gained access they should not have.
Workspace owners can invite and remove members. If you invite someone, you are confirming they are entitled to see the client data in that workspace.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Advendo to:
- break the law, or infringe someone else’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- produce material that is misleading, deceptive, defamatory, hateful or unlawful, including advertising claims you cannot substantiate;
- upload malware, attempt to breach our systems, or access another workspace’s data;
- connect an account you do not own or have not been authorised to connect;
- resell or expose the platform’s AI capacity as your own separate product.
You must also comply with the terms of any platform you connect. Meta and Shopify each impose their own rules on how data from their APIs is used, and those apply to you as well as to us.
5. Your content and who owns what
You own your content - the briefs, files, brand material and data you put into Advendo. You keep owning it. You grant us a licence to host, process and transmit it strictly so we can operate the service for you, including sending relevant parts to the AI providers named in our privacy policy. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your workspace.
You own the work you approve. As between you and us, deliverables the agents produce for you are yours to use commercially, subject to section 6.
We own the platform. The software, design, agent system and brand stay ours. Feedback you send us we may use freely to improve the product, without obligation.
6. AI-generated work: what we can and cannot promise
This section matters more than the rest, so it is blunt.
- AI output can be wrong. It can state things that are inaccurate, outdated or fabricated. Review everything before you use it. Do not treat agent output as legal, financial, medical or regulatory advice.
- Output is not guaranteed to be unique.AI models can produce similar results for different customers. We cannot promise your deliverable is original or that it does not resemble someone else’s, and we cannot guarantee it is free of third-party rights.
- Claims are yours. If a draft contains a performance claim, a price, a statistic or a comparison, you are responsible for verifying it before publishing. Advertising law applies to you as the advertiser.
- Publishing is your decision. Because nothing goes out without your approval, you are responsible for the material you choose to publish and for its compliance with applicable law and platform policies.
7. Connected accounts
When you connect a Meta ad account or a Shopify store, you confirm you own it or are authorised to grant access. Access is read-only: we read performance and catalogue data so the platform can report on it and brief agents on real products.
We do not create, edit, pause or spend on your advertising, and we do not write to your store. You can disconnect at any time. Removing our Meta partner access is done in your own Meta Business settings, under Partners - see the privacy policy for the detail.
8. Plans, fees and usage
Where a paid plan applies, the fees, billing period and any usage allowances are those we agree with you in writing. Fees are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
Some features consume third-party AI capacity, which costs us money per use. Where a plan includes an allowance, the platform shows your usage against it. We will tell you before changing prices, and a change will not apply to a period you have already paid for.
9. Availability
We work to keep Advendo running but do not promise uninterrupted service. It depends on providers we do not control - hosting, AI models, Meta, Shopify - and any of them can be slow, change their terms, or fail. We may run maintenance, and we will avoid disruptive timing where we reasonably can. We may change or retire features; if a change materially reduces what you rely on, we will tell you.
10. Warranties, and rights we cannot exclude
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded. If a guarantee applies that cannot be excluded and we fail to meet it, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
Beyond those rights, Advendo is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, that AI output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose, or that using it will produce any particular commercial result.
11. Limitation of liability
Subject to section 10, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost business opportunity, however caused.
Subject to section 10, our total liability arising out of or in connection with this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or AUD $100 if you have not paid us anything.
You are responsible for material you publish, so you agree to cover us against third-party claims arising from your content, your published material, or your breach of these terms.
12. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Advendo and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if continuing would create real risk for us or another customer. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.
Export anything you want to keep before you close a workspace. After closure we delete its data within 30 days, except what we must retain for legal or accounting reasons. Disconnecting a workspace does not remove partner access you granted inside Meta - you remove that yourself.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell workspace owners directly rather than relying on you noticing, and it takes effect no sooner than 30 days after we tell you. Continuing to use Advendo after that means you accept the change; if you do not, you can close your workspace.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Both of us submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state. If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
